That’s why I decided to prepare an equally healthy dessert, full of vitamins, something a fruit mogel.
It is very delicate, not imposing too much sweetness.
Recipe:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites and put away. Pour the juice into the saucepan, add egg yolks, coconut sugar and potato flour.
Heat (but do not cook) about 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add whipped whites and mix gently. Pour into the bowls and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
