Recipe
In just a few days, the feast of our beloved grandmothers and grandparents. The most beautiful gifts are those that we give straight from the heart, and even more beautiful are those that we prepare ourselves. 🙂
That’s why my offer for a gift for seniors is hand-made strawberry and coconut pralines.
Only 4 ingredients, 3 minutes of preparation and in return a smiling face of Grandma and Grandpa.
To prepare the balls you will need a food processor or a good quality blender.
Put in it a freeze-dried strawberry, diced banana, coconut flakes and a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Mix for 8 seconds. Put the mass on a tabletop lined with baking paper. Take away the pieces of cake and stick balls. Put in the fridge. At the end you have two options.
You can leave the balls as they are or melt the bitter chocolate in a water bath and dip each one in it, then put it back on the baking paper and put it in the fridge for an hour.
Like I did with marzipan pralines. This way you will get a crispy chocolate shell.
At the end, it’s enough to pack our balls beautifully in a paper bag, from cellophane or put in a box.
* 9 balls come out of the recipe. The stated nutritional values apply to one ball.
